HOW WE ARE WORKING 
DURING COVID-19

During the coronavirus pandemic, we continue to provide quality care to our service users, and will be happy to support new clients if you need help at home.


Our goal throughout this period is to ensure that our service users and staff stay as safe as possible. We’re making sure that our procedures follow the latest Government advice. Our support workers wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including aprons, gloves and masks at every care visit. Also, we are practising social distancing in our offices and we encourage all our staff members to follow NHS guidelines at all times, at work and at home.


If you have any questions about the care we’re providing, please don’t hesitate to call us. With the current social distancing measures in place, we are happy to talk on the phone or via video call.


Most importantly, stay safe, we will get through this together.
